Friends...Eunah I miss you.

So I joined the gym next to my work place. I went there for the first time today even though my body condition wasn't all that great. I was reluctant to join the membership for the longest time because number one, my apartment has little workout place in the basement, second, I rather run outside after work, third, I did not want to pay the fee every month. However, my little workout place in the apartment building has been flooded for past month due to rain..and running outside is impossible since it gets too dark early now days...I thought it might be dangerous if someone ever try to attack me after running for 4 miles because I would be too tired to run away fast enough. So, last week, my co-worker Jackie and I went to check out the sporting club and it was amazingly nice there. I don't think I ever seen any gym nicer than this one. It has basketball court, mini olympic size pool, spa, racketball, and several yoga rooms etc etc...all over the building. They also offer pilates, yoga, kick boxing and spinning classes everyday! Jackie and I couldn't resist this offer...especially without contract and initial fee. They have tv screen attached to practically every single workout machine... I almost got lost there today. Of course I only utilized treadmill after all this... but Jackie is going to coach me how to swim as soon as I buy a swimming suit. Very excited to try different exercises.
